Step 1: Apply online
Tell us what you need and who you are.
You fill in the amount, your details, your income and what you spend each month. Everything is on one screen at a time, so nothing gets lost.
About 5 minutes
Step 2: Fill in your salary and bank details
No payslips, bank statements or bank letter needed.
You tell us the day you get paid, what you earn and where the money should go. That's it — no hunting for documents.
About 2 minutes
Step 3: We check it in the background
We confirm your identity, income and affordability for you.
Our secure checks confirm your salary lands in your account and that the repayment fits your budget. If something is unclear we phone you.
Usually same day
Step 4: Approve the DebiCheck at your bank
Your bank sends you a notification to approve.
This confirms the exact amount and dates of your debit order. Nothing can be taken beyond what you approve.
About 2 minutes
Step 5: Money in your account
We pay out as soon as the DebiCheck is approved.
Payment times depend on your bank. Most customers see the money the same working day.
Usually within a few hours
No paperwork
You don't need to send us a single document
Chasing payslips, statements and bank letters is the slowest, most frustrating part of borrowing money. We removed it. You fill in your salary date, what you earn and your banking details, and we confirm everything securely in the background.

DebiCheck, explained properly
What DebiCheck is
DebiCheck is a South African banking system that asks you to confirm a debit order before it can ever be collected. You approve the amount and the dates yourself, with your own bank.
Why your bank asks you to approve it
It protects you. Nobody can set up a debit order against your account without you seeing exactly what it is for. Your bank, not us, controls this step.
What the notification looks like
Most banks push a message into your banking app. Some send a USSD prompt to your phone instead. It shows our name, the instalment amount and the collection dates. Check those three things, then approve.
If it doesn't arrive
Give it two minutes, then ask us to send it again from the application screen. If it still doesn't come through, phone us and we will arrange the approval with you over the phone.
Approving a DebiCheck only authorises the amount and dates shown. It does not let us take any other amount from your account.
Who can apply
- You are 18 or over
- You have a valid South African ID
- You have an income we can verify
- You have an active bank account in your own name
If we can't approve you
A declined application means the affordability assessment indicates that the proposed instalment may place your monthly budget under pressure.
We will tell you plainly which part of the assessment the application did not pass. If something has changed since — a new job, a debt paid off, a raise — you are welcome to apply again straight away. Otherwise, come back in three months.
If debt is the pressure point, a registered debt counsellor can help, and that service is free to enquire about.
