Our standards
How we lend responsibly
Before we lend, we work out what you earn, what the law says you need to live on, and what you are already repaying. Only what is left over counts towards an instalment. If the instalment doesn't fit inside that, we don't lend.
What we won't do:
- Roll a loan over into a new one to keep you paying
- Charge more than the maximum fees the National Credit Act allows
- Penalise you for settling your loan early
- Lend to you when the figures say it would put you under pressure
